###Position: Supply Chain Manager (Food & Beverage)

###Position Overview
Cityscape Lifestyle Ltd., a premier luxury hospitality and lifestyle company, is seeking an experienced *Supply Chain Manager with strong Food & Beverage (F\&B) expertise. The role is responsible for end-to-end supply chain management including sourcing, vendor development, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and cost control across restaurants, cafés, lounges, bars, and lifestyle operations of Cityscape.
The ideal candidate will have proven F\&B background, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to design and implement systems ensuring quality, timely supply, and cost efficiency.
###Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Vendor Management
Develop and manage reliable supplier networks for F\&B products, equipment, and consumables.
Negotiate contracts ensuring best quality, pricing, and credit terms.
Establish *approved supplier lists* and conduct periodic vendor audits.
Build relationships with local and international vendors for specialty and premium F\&B items.
2. Supply Chain & Logistics
Design and implement effective supply chain strategies covering *imported and locally sourced items*.
Manage end-to-end logistics (transportation, customs clearance, warehousing).
Ensure on-time delivery to restaurants, bars, lounges, and café outlets within the Cityscape Lifestyle Club.
Implement *cold chain and HACCP compliance* for perishable goods.
3. Inventory & Cost Control
Establish and monitor *inventory management systems (ERP/ODDO) for real-time stock tracking.
Optimize stock levels, prevent overstocking and shortages.
Implement FIFO/FEFO practices for perishables.
Work closely with finance to manage *cost of goods sold (COGS)* and maintain budgeted margins.
4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure F\&B materials meet international food safety standards.
Conduct routine quality inspections and supplier compliance checks.
Align supply chain practices with *Bangladesh Food Safety Authority regulations* and international hospitality standards.
5. Strategic Planning & Reporting
Forecast demand in line with *sales and seasonal trends*.
Support new outlet launches with timely supply chain planning.
Prepare monthly performance reports on procurement efficiency, cost savings, and vendor performance.
Contribute to long-term sourcing strategies aligned with Cityscape Lifestyle’s growth.
