Responsibilities & Context:
Organize and oversee cross-verification programs, including test method audits, training, repeatability tests, Munsell and Ishihara tests, and employee evaluations.
Ensure proper maintenance and assessment of test method uncertainty.
Schedule and conduct timely training sessions for personnel, ensuring thorough assessment and competency.
Manage proficiency testing with international organizers and buyers, analyze correlation reports, and evaluate performance.
Oversee the calibration, verification, and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Conduct internal audits and facilitate external customer services, issuing precise and accurate certifications.
Maintain and update master lists of staff, equipment, suppliers, documents, and test methods, ensuring proper traceability and compliance.
