• Organize and oversee cross-verification programs, including test method audits, training, repeatability tests, Munsell and Ishihara tests, and employee evaluations.

• Ensure proper maintenance and assessment of test method uncertainty.

• Schedule and conduct timely training sessions for personnel, ensuring thorough assessment and competency.

• Manage proficiency testing with international organizers and buyers, analyze correlation reports, and evaluate performance.

• Oversee the calibration, verification, and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Conduct internal audits and facilitate external customer services, issuing precise and accurate certifications.

• Maintain and update master lists of staff, equipment, suppliers, documents, and test methods, ensuring proper traceability and compliance.
