Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keen knowledge about operation breakdown or machine layout.
∎ Must have knowledge about SMV, efficiency.
∎ Must have knowledge how to make sample.
∎ Ability to handle worker.
∎ Must have knowledge about bottle neck point & line balancing.
∎ Hourly production monitoring.
∎ Ability to ensure quick changeover.
∎ Analyze & assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have IE knowledge.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Robust personality able to work under pressure.
∎ Strong leadership quality to drive self-inspection model.

Salary: Negotiable
