Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the correct technical worksheet is based on the buyer's technical specification and finalize the test reports maintaining accuracy and Customer TAT.Ensuring sample handling and report generation are done correctly as per SOP/methods/clients' requirements. Maintaining clients' agreed-upon TAT (Turnaround Time). Organizing and monitoring training, quality checks, and productivity. Preparing for all types of audits. Receiving and recording all complaints, identifying causes, and taking corrective action. Ensuring that the required environmental conditions are maintained. Checking and signing test reports. Coordinating with QA and updating all records as per the needs of the quality policy. Ensuring good housekeeping. Arranging daily, weekly, and monthly lab activity reports. Ensuring the delivery of all weekly/monthly client reports. Answering customer queries related to testing/technical subjects.
