∎ BSc/MSc in Leather/Footwear/Leather products Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Leather industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet the annual revenue budget of the assigned area or channel.
∎ Develop and retain business from the assigned customers.
∎ Market visit on regular basis to maintain close relationships and develop new customers
∎ Prepare market report and suggest action plan based on competitors’ activity
∎ Coordinate with internal operation divisions in achieving customer satisfaction
∎ Prepare corporate proposal to meet the client’s need
∎ Promote company goodwill and business through appropriate marketing activities.
∎ Assist team members to meet team objectives.
∎ Provide proactive support services from sample acknowledgment to report delivery and collect payment from CRM vendors.
∎ Follow up each job from the beginning and proactively intervene with the internal team to support them removing any bottle neck.
∎ Build strong connectivity (through visits, virtual meets, phone calls, etc.) with CRM vendors’ Finance/Account/Audit teams
∎ When necessary, coordinate for top customer engagement programs including technical seminars, workshops, basic training on TRF filling, sample requirement, etc.
∎ Frequent visits to these vendors in proper coordination to all stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 4-6 years in sales. Relevant industry experience will get preference.
