Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise all testing activities and ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the testing process.
∎ Perform, review, and verify test reports to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
∎ Monitor the performance of laboratory staff and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
∎ Respond to customer queries regarding technical issues via phone or email, with support from N+1 when necessary.
∎ Supervise correlation and proficiency tests, and ensure timely delivery of test specimens and reports to relevant clients or organizations.
∎ Ensure proper stock management of consumables and notify management for reordering when needed.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with quality standards and audit requirements.
