Job Context:
∎ The job holder is primarily responsible for maintaining the quality and range of products in the Outlet. He/She works closely with Customers & Supplier representatives/Warehouse to meet customers` needs.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve departmental sales targets as per plan.
∎ To ensure highest level of customer care through providing customer services.
∎ Assist Department Head in analyzing departmental achievements forecasting sales.
∎ Display and Merchandise products in standard with the Planogram.
∎ Keep the workstation and customer areas clean and hygienic.
∎ Follow FIFO (First in First out) for effective rotation of products.
∎ Check expiry of products periodically and report to the Department Head.
∎ Communicate with other Outlets regarding product issues.
∎ Follow the QMS procedures as instructed by the line manager.
∎ Assist in receiving products from warehouse/suppliers and engage in loading, unloading & carrying products to shelves.
∎ Follow the QMS procedures as instructed by the line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
