∎ Willing to work extended hours and work on holidays.
∎ Understand, interpret, reproduce, and diagnose customer problems. Perform Root cause Analysis.
∎ Working with various computer technology is a necessity for audiovisual professionals.
∎ Fluent in English languages (written and speaking).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees in utilities and refrigeration including establishes work schedules that support service activities that provide for timely repair and maintenance of facility buildings, grounds and equipment to established safety and health standards.
∎ • Coordinate scheduled PMs and maintenance with outside refrigeration Contractors in close partnership with the Technical/Reliability Support, Planning, and Materials Manager.
∎ • Manage technician/Engineer on a day-to-day basis to achieve high performance and effective operational delivery.
∎ • Independently manage on a day-to-day basis the coordination and delivery of all Audio-Visual services, for internal and external events to the highest standard.
∎ • Maintain systems and respond to reactive maintenance domestic fridge/ beverage collar service calls, faults and equipment queries in a timely and effective manner.
∎ • Liaise with contracted customer to ensure any damages, repairs and replacement equipment requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently and will maintain relevant management/ performance reports on servicing.
∎ • Liaise with customers to ensure any quarry their audio-visual requirements.
∎ • Liaise with customers and manage complaints for service ensuring positive resolution aligned with company’s complaint procedure.
∎ • Work closely with service operation in managing timely equipment repair and maintenance.
∎ • Ensure all risk assessments and all relevant documentation when require.
∎ • Carry out duties with due regard to customer end, information governance, data protection and health and safety policies and procedures. Prepare daily report and submit to line supervisor.
∎ • Undertake any other duties commensurate with the general level of responsibility of this post.
∎ • Responsible for inventory of audio/visual equipment and to ensure it is in good operating condition including responsibility to ensure preventative maintenance is done on all necessary equipment.
