∎ HSC in Science / Diploma in Food Technology

∎ Practical Knowledge/ Certification on GMP, HACCP will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Checking and ensuring CIP is done properly before production.
∎ Monitoring Online as per Quality Plan.
∎ Checking the following materials according to the standard: 1. Raw materials, 2. Chemicals and Food Additives, 3. Process and Cleaning Water, 4. Packaging Materials.
∎ Ensuring that ingredients are mixed in the proper ratio as per the approved formulation.
∎ Ensuring that mixed ingredients are processed (if required) and blended properly.
∎ Checking the quality of product in process and ensuring that all Chemical Tests, Physical and Organoleptic properties are conforming to standard specifications.
∎ Checking if the Packaging, Labelling and Coding are being done as per specification.
∎ Executing random sampling from each batch during production and making sure that the finished Goods Test follows BDS and in-house standards.
∎ Checking the Floor Hygiene, Housekeeping, fabrication of Facilities as per national or international standards.
∎ Reporting any deviation found, to the concerned department Head & Reporting Supervisor.
∎ Maintaining all Quality Assurance related records.
