Departmental store, Retail Management, retail Sales, superstore, Wholesale Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the elimination of Near Expiry Products.
∎ Daily training, motivation, and supervision of Departmental employees .
∎ Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing relationship with potential and actual customers .
∎ Orienting and Training to the employees regarding Products, Service & Etiquettes.
∎ Ensuring the presence of Price Tag on Each & every merchandise.
∎ Ensuring availability of merchandise and services.
∎ Enforced sound merchandising and loss control strategies; executed corporate programs, and ensured optimal customer satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for keeping the records of the products, damaged product, sales and requirements.
∎ Generating Product Demand report.
∎ Executing Display Shelving plans as directed by Visual Merchandiser.
∎ Securing merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
∎ Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working in retail operations will get extra preference.
∎ Strong Communication, Multitasking, Technical skills.
∎ Proficiency in computer operating system & software (MS Excel, MS Word).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
