Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's/ Masters degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ecommerce, Retail Stores/ Shops, Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Departmental store, Super store, Wholesale
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Online order and delivery operation follow-up.
∎ Maintain regular stock updates of In-house & 3rd party E-commerce.
∎ Need to regular communication and follow up 3rd party E-Commerce activities.
∎ Basic knowledge of digital marketing and monitoring the ongoing presence on social media and updating the website/social media with the media with the product/content upload.
∎ Monitor competitor and web sales trends to ensure web/Facebook page offer experience is in line with the customer expectations.
∎ Monitor & measure site performance, while using this to make recommendations and improve performance
∎ Report on product sales and think of tactics to improve sales.
∎ Identify areas of underperformance and develop strategies to improve.
∎ Create & submit daily basis reports to the head of the dept.
∎ Must be knowledge in mid level/advance level Excel.
∎ Imported product knowledge will be added as high priority advantage.
∎ Need to regular communication and follow with 3rd party logistics.
∎ Delivery area wise cost analysis for In House & Competitor activities analysis.
∎ Need basic knowledge of website development and graphics design.
∎ Customer queries/ problematic issue solve which is arise from customer service dept.
∎ Other task has to be done which is assigned by departmental head/higher authority/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Communication, Multi, Technical Skills.
∎ Proficiency in computer operating system & software. (MS Excel, MS Word).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
