Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in Accounting or Finance.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of statutory financial statements for auditors.
∎ Efficient processing of employees’ claims through Expense Management System.
∎ Processing payments within the due date.
∎ Monitor employee accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
∎ Implementation of payment processing system as per initiative of Regional Office.
∎ Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
∎ Ensure electronic payment transfer of more than 90% of total payments.
∎ Ensured sufficient and appropriate evidence is attached with the invoices.
∎ Payment to employees on requests for advances.
∎ Continuously improve the payment process.
∎ Regularly informing the status of payments to employees.
∎ Ensure efficient accounts payable management.
∎ Verifies employee accounts and monthly communication of employee accounts balances.
∎ Prepare report for the payments made during the month.
∎ Prepare report based on Expense Management System.
∎ Withhold applicable tax and VAT from payment, where applicable.
∎ Comply with the applicable rule and regulations for tax and VAT.
∎ Check the payment status with Accounts Receivable.
∎ Submit report on Accounts Receivable.
∎ Ensure that business ethics and compliance issues are handled and escalated promptly and professionally.
∎ All payment and procedures to be done complying with Internal compliance procedures.
∎ Ensure adequate and systematic documentation.
∎ Ensure quick recovery of documents.
∎ Ensure the safety of documents stored.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have CA (800 marks completed out of 1700).
∎ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a company with significant operations in Bangladesh.
∎ Accounts/Finance experience is desirable.
∎ Experience with SAP or ERP (FI and SD module) will be preferred.
