We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Supervisor (Distribution) for Bashundhara Ready Mix Plant Sector- C, Bashundhara Group at Mircharai, Chattogram.
∎ Communicate and maintain concrete pump operator/pickup driver/Transit Mixer driver in/out time schedule continuously for smooth production.
∎ Ensure the concrete pump materials proper stock inventories. ( Casting Pipe and Clump etc.)
∎ Prepare and calculate monthly KPL, food allowance, trip allowance & overtime sheet.
∎ Ensure all employees are maintaining safety measure at casting site.
∎ Ensure all kinds of facilities when pump groups on duty at casting site.
∎ Co-ordinate batching plant and concrete pump maintenance and cleaning.
∎ Perform any others task assigned by plant manager.
