Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Requirement Schedule and Forecast for Production Department.
∎ Clear and effective communication.
∎ Interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to keep track of multiple stocks and inventory items.Report on stock levels, delivery times and transport costs.
∎ Input accurate and on time details of product movements.
∎ Analyze logistical problems and produce new solutions.
∎ Check every day's delivery orders and coordinate transportation arrangements accordingly.
∎ Ensure stock availability aligns with delivery orders to meet customer demand.
∎ Communicate daily requirements with distribution and depot teams.
∎ Ensure timely delivery according to the daily demand schedule.
∎ Verify the accuracy of delivery challans for each individual delivery.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to address any demand-related issues.
∎ Monitor subordinate staff and liaise with the finished goods store staff to ensure product stock.
∎ Prepare a daily delivery report and share it with relevant management.
