• Regulatory Compliance:

  Ensuring all transportation operations comply with national and international laws, including driver licensing, working hours, and vehicle standards. 

• Fleet Management:

  Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and safety inspections of transportation vehicles to ensure they meet emissions and safety standards. 

• Cost Control:

  Managing budgets, controlling fuel expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures to improve the overall efficiency of the transport operation. 

• Route and Schedule Optimization:

  Working with dispatch teams to plan efficient delivery routes and schedules, minimizing wasted mileage. 

• Driver and Staff Management:

  Recruiting, training, and supporting drivers, as well as assessing risks and managing staff performance to reduce turnover and maintain morale. 

• Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination:

  Acting as a logistics coordinator, managing the movement of goods from origin to destination and ensuring smooth supply chain operations. 

• Problem-Solving:

  Addressing and resolving logistical issues, technical disruptions, and other challenges that arise in the transportation industry.
