Responsibilities & Context:
কর্মী ও সম্পদের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিতকরণ।
বহিরাগত মানুষের অনধিকার প্রবেশ রোধ করা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানে আগত মালামাল এবং প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে বের হওয়া মালামালের সঠিক পরিমান যাচাই করা এবং যথাযথ নথিভুক্ত করা।
যেকোনো অনাকাঙ্খিত পরিস্থিতিতে প্রতিষ্ঠানের সম্পদ এবং অবকাঠামোর সার্বিক নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা।
ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃ্পক্ষ কতৃক নির্দেশিত অন্যান্য দায়িত্বসমূহ যথাযথভাবে সম্পাদন করা।
নিরাপত্তার স্বার্থে প্রতিটি অবস্থা সম্পর্কে সুপারভাইজারকে দফায় দফায় অবহিত করা ।
গেটের লোক, মালামাল এবং যানবাহন নিয়ম অনুযায়ী চেক করা।
সকল ধরনের আগত বহিরাগত উপকরণের পরিমাণ নিশ্চিতকরণ এবং লিপিবদ্ধকরণ।
গেটে আগত অতিথি ও অন্যান্যদের স্লিপ ইস্যু করার মাধ্যমে যথাযথ স্থানে প্রবেশ নিশ্চিতকরণ আপডেট রাখা।
নিরাপত্তা বিভাগের মাধ্যমে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ হয় এমন সকল রেজিস্টার যথাযথভাবে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও চেক করা।
অনিয়ম রিপোর্ট করে ক্ষতি এবং ক্ষয় রোধ করা।
নীতি এবং পদ্ধতি লঙ্ঘনকারীদের সম্পর্কে অবহিত করা।
প্রয়োজনে সিকিউরিটি সুপারভাইজার এর নির্দেশে অন্যান্য যে কোন দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
