∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: crisis management, Floor Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing Finishing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make the recipe & adjust recipe if needed.
∎ Ensure the standard parameters.
∎ Ensure better productivity of Dyeing and Finishing through reducing downtime.
∎ Ensure the good quality fabric according to company standard.
∎ Make sure that all operators are working according to the SOP.
∎ Ensure that the workplace clean and safe to reduce accident.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
∎ Follow up the softener pick-up% in pads according to standard.
∎ Ensure the daily/weekly/monthly all report to authorized person.
∎ Follow up the humidity % of fabric after padding.
∎ Follow the dried fabric humidity % & control the length shrinkage during drying.
∎ Follow the fabric appearance & control the compaction% during compacting process for getting quality standard fabric.
∎ Support to meet the production target with all KPI.
