∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: crisis management, Floor Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up the operators and production floor.
∎ Make the final decision regarding any dye lot in absence of manager.
∎ Ensure the better productivity of Dyeing and finishing through reducing downtime.
∎ Ensure the good quality fabric according to company standard.
∎ Make sure that all operators are working according to the SOP.
∎ Keep the workplace clean and safe to reduce accident.
∎ Ensure the scanning of production in JDE system.
∎ Meet the production target with all KPI.
∎ Ensure the daily/weekly/monthly reports to authorized person.
∎ Perform any other operation-related functions indicated by immediate supervisor.
