We are currently looking for an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Sub Asst. Engineer/Asst. Engineer (Production) for Bashundhara Paper Mills Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage Daily operation of the paper machine to meet production targets with quality standards.
Supervise & coordinate activities of machine operators, maintenance personnel, support staff.
Making necessary coordination with all concerned departments to ensure smooth operation of the machine.
Making recipe, setting chemical closing rate & machine parameters for smooth operation of the machine as per instruction of the head of department.
Maintain accurate records of production, raw materials consumption, and maintenance activities.
Any other task is assigned by the line manager.
