We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Sub Asst. Engineer (Tissue Converting & Hygiene Section) for Bashundhara Paper Mills.
Analyze various processes/applications and recommend modifications & equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify loopholes if any, and undertake result-oriented measures for alleviating them.
Plan for additional facilities required to improve productivity. Ensure the safety of the worksite during the course of operation & development.
Any other task assigned by the management.
