We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Sub Asst. Engineer (Production), Paper Mills for Bashundhara Group, Sector-C
Assist in preparing production plan, organize staff, and direct the manufacturing operations ensuring profitability.
Analyze various processes/applications and recommend modifications & equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify loopholes if any, and undertake result-oriented measures for alleviating them.
Performing shift duty & overseeing the production team during the shift, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support.
Plan for additional facilities required to improve productivity.
Ensure the safety of the worksite during the course of operation & development.
Ensuring that products meet quality standards by monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Identifying and resolving production issues or equipment malfunctions in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
