∎ Age 27 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily production activities during the assigned shift.
∎ Coordinate with the team to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
∎ Manage the Production Shift Supervisor, Foreman, operators, and other production staff in the Milling, Parboiling, and GL sections.
∎ Ensure that production targets for the rice milling process adhere to SOPs and quality standards.
∎ Monitor the performance and operation of the milling, parboiling, and GL sections to ensure proper functioning.
∎ Plan and allocate resources, including raw materials and labor, to ensure smooth production.
∎ Address any quality deviations immediately and implement corrective actions.
∎ Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and resolve technical issues.
∎ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards related to rice mill operations.
∎ Maintain accurate production reports and keep all bi-product data in accordance with SOPs.
∎ Input production data, including machine runtime, downtime, production output, and wastage quantity, into the OEE sheet at the end of the shift.
