Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate actively in the production process to ensure smooth operation
∎ Maintain quality control standards
∎ Attend daily operational meetings
∎ Operate and Maintain production equipment
∎ Monitor engine operations and other equipment so that engine malfunctions and their root causes can be identified
∎ Supervise Hull Worker
∎ Guide and support team members to achieve targets
∎ Maintain safe, healthy and clean work environment as per safety guideline
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound Knowledge about Drawing, Auto Cad, Diesel engine and generator, Ship Structure and design
∎ Excellent communication, leadership skill and team management capacity
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation Handling
∎ Ability to work in direct and cross-functional team
