∎ Diploma in Civil

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and Supervise construction works in the project
∎ Ensure all logistic supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, drawings, designs, detailing etc are available at site.
∎ Prepare estimation of requirements.
∎ Supervise and monitor structural, masonry and finishing works to ensure the quality of construction
∎ Check bills of the contractors & facilitate timely payment
∎ Maintain liaison with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors and others workforce involved in the project
∎ Maintain cost control by monitoring actual expenditure.
∎ Ensure completion of project within the muster budget and deadline.

Salary: Negotiable
