∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide visa related information to applicants.
∎ Assist applicants with documentation before applying for visa.
∎ Counsel applicants regarding visa application.
∎ Process visa file before applying for Visa.
∎ Student counseling.
∎ Immigration counseling.
∎ Have an active role in promoting the business through social media and other platforms.
∎ Prepare documentation and submit all visa applications for the various countries.
∎ Maintain good liaise with Visa Agencies, Embassies, passport offices, security clearance authorities, customs, and immigration authority.
∎ Manage Daily Official works. Making invoices & maintain ticketing and visa-related accounts.
∎ Ability to manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Inform clients about required documentation for visa processing.
∎ Help to prepare & submit the documents to the embassy for visa processing.
∎ Visa Application form fill up.
∎ Appointment for interviews of the clients with the embassy.
∎ Contribute to team meeting & activities.
∎ Ensure customer service by treating all colleagues, customers as you would your own.
∎ To achieve objectives and exceed monthly sales targets in co-operation with all others departments.
∎ Plan and produce a tactical sales call plan each week with an update of the previous week.
∎ Any other Tasks assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply but female will get first priority.
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Should have good writing skill in English
∎ Should have presentation skill
∎ 0 -1 years experience on visa counseling of travel agency
