We’re building a remote support team in Bangladesh to help our Australian office with student admissions, data management, and system support.
What You’ll Do
- Process student applications, documents, issue offer letters, and enroll using our digital systems.
- Check and verify student documents based on Australian education rules.
- Keep student records updated in the system.
- Help with basic system support and report technical issues when needed.
- Create and maintain reports for student enrollments and performance.
- Communicate with students, agents, and team members in Australia.
- Assist in onboarding new students, including setting up system access.
