About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Student Counsellor who can provide expert guidance to students and parents on international study options, admission requirements, and visa processes—while delivering exceptional service with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and guide students on suitable study destinations, universities, and programs in Malaysia.
Manage end-to-end counselling—from initial consultation to application submission and visa support.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global education trends and university requirements.
Build and nurture relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
Mentor and support junior counsellors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
