Extremely good and proficient in English. Good computer skills and online tools.
Willing to learn systems like aXcelerate and PRISMS (training provided). Excellent attention to detail and strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and as part of a team. Fast learner with a positive and proactive attitude.
Work Experience: We prefer at least 2 years of relevant experience from the education
sector. If you donʼt have any, then we won’t proceed.

We are looking for Student Admissions & Support Officer for NexGen Global Group (Bangladesh & Australia)

Weʼre building a remote support team in Bangladesh to help our Australian office with student admissions, data management, and system support.
What Youʼll Do
Process student applications, documents, issue offer letters, and enroll using our digital
systems.
Check and verify student documents based on Australian education rules. Keep student records updated in the system.
Help with basic system support and report technical issues when needed. Create and maintain reports for student enrollments and performance. Communicate with students, agents, and team members in Australia. Assist in onboarding new students, including setting up system access.
