About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Student Counsellor who can provide expert guidance to students and parents on international study options, admission requirements, and visa processes—while delivering exceptional service with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and guide students on suitable study destinations, universities, and programs in Malaysia.
- Manage end-to-end counselling—from initial consultation to application submission and visa support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global education trends and university requirements.
- Build and nurture relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Mentor and support junior counsellors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
