- Experience with paid social campaigns and performance tracking

Responsibilities & Context: About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of our multiple brands. This role will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support lead generation across platforms. You will play a key role in crafting compelling content, managing social media calendars, and optimising performance through analytics and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals for each brand.
- Stay up-to-date on platform trends and industry developments to ensure fresh, relevant content and approach.
- Content Creation & Management
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Work with graphic designers or use tools like Canva to create visually appealing posts and stories.
- Write compelling captions and social copy that reflect brand tone and messaging.
- Community Management
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers across all platforms to build community and foster brand loyalty.
- Manage comments, messages, and interactions in a timely, professional manner.
- Campaign Execution & Paid Social
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support promotions, product launches, and brand campaigns.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
- Use analytics tools to report on performance and recommend improvements.
- Provide monthly reports with insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
- Coordinate social media efforts across multiple brands for consistency and effectiveness.
