• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Garments, Architecture Firm

• Must be a Member of the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in RCC and steel structure design.
• Strong knowledge of BNBC and international structural design codes.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

• Prepare and review detailed structural drawings, calculations, and BOQs.

• Ensure design compliance with BNBC, ACI, AISC, ASTM, and other relevant standards.

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical evaluations as needed.

• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to resolve design and construction issues.

• Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and project proposals.

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and drafting teams.

• Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment.

• Review material specifications and structural components to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
