Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise frequently to analyze solution, architecture, recommend necessary changes, and provide solution verification through negotiation of the technical aspects and agree on the terms and conditions.
∎ Communicate & Interact in case of Group Tendering, common strategy, Architectural alignment and provide necessary support.
∎ Alignment and arrangement of BSS and IT Strategy, Demand Management and Solution/Enterprise Architecture framework with necessary process and governance framework Different Banglalink division: Communicate frequently to follow-up and drive entire demand Management process and new ideas to ensure timely delivery of services and also align all relevant stakeholders on overall BSM strategy
∎ Align and development of BSS and IT strategy in support of business objectives with key stakeholders
∎ Define approaches that provide structured solutions to complex technology strategy problems by re-combining existing methodologies
∎ Contribute to setting the strategic direction for the BSS and IT Strategy practices
∎ Establish a proper CP framework across All BSS and IT unit to identify cross functional efforts
∎ Introduce tools and Technique to measure demand management KPI and visible these to Management and stakeholders
∎ Establish business KPI monitoring and visibility
∎ Negotiate and prioritize initiatives through discussion with the stakeholders and manage demands with supply of services;
∎ Involve in research and evaluation of emerging trends in the information technology field and apply that to participate and recommends ways for technology solutions that will maximize their value to the organization, Improve business process, customer journey particularly in the design, development, enhancement and maintenance of IT Services, Platforms
∎ Initiate the development of architecture blueprints for Overall IT
∎ Ensure staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge; Identify training requirements to develop subordinates; Manage performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback, and formal appraisal; Assist in performance management of indirect reports; Handle administrative issues including recruitment, leaves, grievances and other issues; Provide guidance to employees for their development and career planning; Lead and coach staff; Create synergies and ensure seamless interaction between teams.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 years of progressively responsible relevant broad range work experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of business technology applications and systems specifically in telecomm sector with 4+ years' experience in strategy, solution design, architecture and governance framework in telecommunication industry
∎ Business driven IT strategy and best practices in telecommunication industry
∎ Large-scale information system design, development and integration
∎ Knowledge of demand management, budget governance based on industry best practices
∎ Knowledge of IT Governance structure and Strategy for Achieving targeted maturity levels
∎ Information technology policies, procedures and standards
∎ Knowledge of solution and technology selection in telecommunication industry
∎ Enterprise Architecture familiarity
∎ Thorough understanding of GSM architecture
∎ In-Depth Knowledge of latest interventions and technology evolution in telecom and IT industry
∎ Thorough understanding on Intelligent Network, Billing, Service Fulfillment, Revenue Management & Business Assurance systems, VAS,
∎ Clear Idea on Cloud technology and 5G evolution in telco
∎ Advanced expertise in solution and technology selection
∎ Telecommunication
