Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Computer Science or Engineering or similar
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the solution analysis and delivery plan in the value chain with as per commercial requirement and within defined timeline, covering major areas like solution design verification and approval, vendor feedback review, proposed solution architecture review, review and guide cross platform integration need, guide rollout support in Live Network etc.
∎ Assessment on complex demand and direct guide for a successful solution review.
∎ Convert business need to technical need & technical review or demonstration sessions with software vendors to assess the products and suppliers' capability.
∎ Undertake capacity assessment to decide on in house software development or vendor services to be acquired.
∎ Conduct and coordinate the preliminary and detailed technical evaluation of vendors.
∎ Participate in preparing budget related to enterprise applications development as per business plan and optimize CAPEX utilization through proper monitoring and execution of projects as per plan.
∎ Periodic review with key Technology, Commercial & Finance stakeholders to have the status update, summarize concern that need attention of ongoing project.
∎ Establish strong performance and KPI dashboard for management reporting.
∎ Ensure relevant SOX, ITGC, Internal & External all the audit activities are rightly performed across value chain, provide artifacts and evidences, implement audit recommendations in timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-8 years of experience of Telecom Application management and Demand management including vendor management within which 6-7 years in similar domain
∎ Required Capabilities- Thorough Knowledge on IT & Telecom OSS and BSS architecture
∎ Thorough knowledge of Software Project Management
∎ Thorough knowledge of complete Software Development Life Cycle
∎ Through knowledge on Solution Architecture
∎ Experience in dealing with managing vendors
∎ Thorough knowledge on OOP, SOA
∎ Thorough Knowledge on Oracle, MS SQL Server, Unix/Linux and Microsoft SharePoint.
∎ Strong knowledge on IT Policies and Procedures
∎ Strong knowledge of telecom business
∎ Advance knowledge in the following areas: BSS, API, ESB, Mediation, Campaign Management System
∎ Strong knowledge in CORE Network
∎ Strong knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX budget management.
