∎ BSc in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in end to end services rollout/launch in all technology domains Demand based on required guidelines and observations as per user requirement and deliver them within a defined timeline.
∎ Patriciate in solution design verification and approval, guide peers through the demand management processes and extend related support to all necessary stakeholders for demand delivery.
∎ Seek and follow-up with vendor to receive support & solutions for deliverables.
∎ Examine vendor provided solutions & support, to ensure that they are justified & warranted. Perform necessary optimization/modification to the solutions to ensure effectiveness, adaptability and scalability.
∎ Study and evaluate technology solutions and analyze how to enhance current product and service portfolio for all services, modernize systems and architecture and improve capacity.
∎ Study and evaluate new technology, features and best practices in order to prepare and drive necessary implementation within given deadlines.
∎ Identify and raise issues, deviations and anomalies in the performance and output of services as per reporting hierarchy. Escalate issues as per SLA & escalation matrix and report to internal management with KPI reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ BSc in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ 5-6 years of relevant experience in the business support solutions & VAS domain, demand management & architecture planning
∎ Required Capabilities- Up-to-date Knowledge of latest interventions and technology evolution in the telecom & IT industry
∎ In-depth knowledge on telecommunications BSS (Business Service solutions) IT applications
∎ In-depth knowledge on telecommunications Enterprise IT applications & solutions
∎ Sound knowledge & understanding on IT infrastructure solutions
∎ In-depth knowledge on IT service delivery & service support processes
∎ In-depth knowledge on Value added service
∎ In-depth knowledge on Online charging systems
∎ In-depth knowledge on Order management, Order negotiation, Order Orchestration, subscription management
∎ Thorough understanding of GSM architecture and charging protocols
∎ Sound knowledge & understanding of IP networking and core switching
