  • Strong leadership, accuracy & integrity in stock handling



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: 

SA Group is seeking some responsible and experienced Store Officer to manage store operations across its Group of Industries, FMCG-based factories and depots. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store activities: receipt, storage, issuance & record-keeping 

  • Maintain stock inventory (raw materials, packaging, finished goods) in software & physically

  • Ensure FIFO, proper stacking, cleanliness & safety

  • Conduct regular stock reconciliations and report discrepancies 

  • Coordinate with production, procurement, accounts & audit teams 

  • Maintain documentation (GRN, BIN Card, Requisition, Delivery, Return) 

  • Lead a team of store keepers and helpers efficiently

  • Any other task assigned by the Management
