Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure cleanliness and inspection of all rooms according to standards.
∎ Protect equipment and address any deficiencies promptly.
∎ Report damages, deficits, and disturbances to superiors.
∎ Handle complaints and requests with professionalism.
∎ Manage overall store operations from receiving materials to finish goods delivery.
∎ Having standard knowledge on Tally software.
∎ Develop and maintain store policies.
∎ Maintain incoming and outgoing goods procedures.
∎ Manage documentation including gate pass, challan, and invoices.
∎ Prepare monthly stock reports and reconciliation summaries.
∎ Support team members in their tasks.
∎ Monitor safety in the store department.
∎ Coordinate with various departments including Production, Logistics, and Accounts.
∎ Provide regular reports to superiors.
∎ Maintain First in First out (FIFO) stock method.
∎ Carry out tasks assigned by senior management.
