Job Context:
∎ 100% Export Oriented Knit Garments
∎ Job Location: Gazipur (Parijat, Konabari).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to ensure day by day (regular) receiving of accessories and all other associated materials of the garments.
∎ He is to review total area of his store and observe the condition of store house early in the morning to determine the condition of storage items and its safety.
∎ He is to report immediately to his superior in case of any major discrepancies in storage materials and building.
∎ He is to ensure on time receiving of accessories and all other materials correctly and securely.
∎ He is to ensure storage of material with proper traceability and identity and whether these are being stored maintaining proper principle of storage.
∎ He is to ensure delivery of right type of items to right place at right time in right quantity and quality for uninterrupted production.
∎ He is to ensure snap check of material weekly in order to prevent pilferage and to discourage mishandling of materials.
∎ He is to ensure proper & on time documentation of materials for it's receives and issues.
∎ He is to ensure total logistic support of his department and liaison with higher authority for necessary approval in case of major requirement.
∎ He is to ensure cleanliness & tidiness of the store area frequently.
∎ He is to ensure posting and balancing of stock ledger as regularly.
∎ To perform any other duties as assigned by the head of department / higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit Garments, Group of Companies.
∎ Age limit preferably within 55 years.
∎ Males are allowed to apply.
∎ Should have proper knowledge & experience about knit garments accessories.
∎ Work in a Knit Garments factory in similar track & position will be given preference.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Self-motivated, responsible and team player.
∎ Able to work under pressure
