Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure to maintain proper reconciliation of materials for both issue & stock along with records.
Ensure to maintain all required documents properly such as; gate pass, all types of challan, invoice, test standard, certificate etc.
To coordinate procurement and other departments as per requirement.
Ensure Logistic support timely as when and where needed.
Maintain the register (Primary product Procurement Register, daily actives Register, Processing Loss Register, Finished Goods Register & Daily Distribution Register).
Ensure all receive and Distribution of Store materials are properly documented.
Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
Maintain total store and inventory management.
Able to work under pressure & long time and complete the task within a preset time frame.
Applicant must be honest, sincere, and hardworking & respect to the work.
Must update the inventory record regularly and able to prepare monthly stock report.
Monitor the levels of supplies and raw materials to determine shortages.
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
