Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.
- Expert on 3D Visualizations.
- Provide efficient modeling converting of data sets from CAD or another 3D modeling package.
- Work on Architecture 3D modeling, up rapping, texturing, lighting, camera animation, rendering on visual and walk-through project.
- Ability to create extremely photo realistic Exterior, Interior, Landscape, Visuals and animation using V-Ray/Corona Renderer/Lumion.
- Ability to create motion graphics, animation, video editing, and audio editing for video clip, info-graphic design etc. and produce perfect video for online.
- Design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
- Designing to develop innovative concepts for different promotional materials like logo, leaflets, flyers, banners, show cards, brochures, etc. & editing video to support in-house marketing.
- Assist in the implementation of various outreach and communication events, such as youth engagement activities.
- Strong knowledge in 3D modeling in 3D max, Cinema 4D, Lumion, Sketchup, 3D animation is compulsory.
