Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in any discipline.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Candidates Having Professional Degrees in Supply Chain Management would be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Fabrics Store, Familiar with SAP ERP system, Garment General Store, Store Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chemical store, Fabrics Store, Garment General Store, Store Management, Store Management in Woven Garments Factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have working experience in Garments Factory level.
∎ Ensuring full inventory control and maintaining minimum stock level.
∎ Maintain each and every movement, inventory, and stock of the store.
∎ Initiating, coordinating and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures regarding all kinds of Materials Management.
∎ Implementing operational strategies and procedures in store as per prescribed SOP.
∎ Overseeing and monitoring all activities of the Store & inventory department to face audits and buyers.
∎ Ensuring maintenance of Store compliance including LIFO, FIFO & BIN Card Methods.
∎ Arranging timely Loading-unloading all kinds of goods by coordinating with others.
∎ Ensuring all reception and distribution of materials are properly posted and documented as well.
∎ Check Safety, Quality and Compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Should have practical experience with Bonded warehouses and Customs related etc.
∎ Supervising all stores’ operational issues and upholding the safety of the storehouse.
∎ Coordinate with PPC, Merchandiser, Purchase/Procurement Team, Commercial, F & A, Audit department & necessary departments;
∎ Create ERP requisition of all kinds of general items, Accessories, Yarn, chemicals, spare parts etc.to meet smooth production and Operation;
∎ Ensure Buyer COC requirement, BSCI, ACCORD, BCI GOTS, OCS, etc. audit traceability record maintain properly;
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way;
∎ Snap check of material in order to prevent pilferage and discourage mishandling of materials;
∎ Ensure proper traceability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock materials;
∎ Maintain records and registers as per buyers;
∎ To Monitor and Control monthly Inventory accordingly, participates in physical Inventories by counting stock;
∎ Ensure a smooth supply of raw materials to the floor;
∎ Responsible to arrange the distribution of products to different Customers;
∎ Supervising and supporting the activities of Store staff;
∎ Maintain Inventory by using the software;
∎ Monitor daily/ weekly/ monthly stock statements of the designated floor;
∎ Checking bills, vouchers, receipts, and all documents for authenticity;
∎ All Purchase requisition Follow up;
∎ Any other task assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge and understanding of the Solid working knowledge of Store.
∎ Should have good communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bengali.
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.
∎ Good understanding of fabric and design requirements.
∎ Must be able to adhere to deadlines and have strong time management capability.
∎ Experience with Microsoft Office package along with SAP, ERP and other related Software.
∎ Able to Analyze feedback and data to judgments and solve problems.
