∎ Workplace: Work at Factory (Kachnpur, Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review purchase requirements submitted by the concerned department / unit head.
∎ Monitor software based inventory recording, monitoring and controlling system.
∎ Ensure continuity of supply and optimal product flow to support high volume production operations
∎ Prepare physical inventory of materials with stock register or inventory software.
∎ Maintain month end store position in quantity and cost amount.
∎ Maintain stock register/ERP of construction, production and raw materials
∎ Maintain stock register/ERP of FG, SFG and recyclable item properly.
∎ Receive materials as per invoice and racking /arranging all stores
∎ Keep close liaison with procurement department & have to give alert to management for purchasing before ending any product.
∎ Check and report all broken, damage, shortage, refurbish able and life expired products for non-confirming product of all business.
∎ Coordinate and monitor the store policies for entire organization.
∎ Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve each and every stage of the store's policies and process.
∎ Understand the need of the clients and deliver product and support accordingly.
∎ Mentoring the subordinates.
∎ Issue store materials as per requirements.
∎ Responsible for wastage receive, delivery & stock maintain
∎ Responsible for FG & SFG receive, delivery & stock maintain
∎ Recycle item receive issue
∎ Providing MRR
∎ Providing ERP indent
∎ Posting wastage ledger and prepare all report and submit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ All kinds of Garments Accessories, Nonwoven Plant Production.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
