Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
Professional training in airline operations, passenger handling, or air cargo will be an added advantage.
3–4 years of practical experience in airline, GSA, or airport operations, covering passenger and/or cargo functions.
Candidates with exposure to both passenger and cargo operations will be given preference
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of airline passenger and cargo operations
Knowledge of IATA procedures (Passenger & Cargo)
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage time-critical and high-pressure situations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Fluency in English and Bangla

For GSA operations in Bangladesh,We are seeking the following dynamic, motivated, and experienced employee to join our growing airlines operations team.
Job Responsibilities:
Passenger Operations
To oversee day-to-day passenger operations including check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and irregular operations.
To ensure compliance with airline procedures, safety regulations, and customer service standards.
To handle flight disruptions, delays, cancellations, and passenger complaints effectively.
To coordinate with ground handling agents, airport authorities, immigration, and security agencies.
Cargo Operations
To supervise cargo booking, acceptance, build-up, documentation, and delivery activities.
To ensure compliance with airline cargo procedures, IATA regulations, and local customs requirements.
To coordinate with warehouse operators, freight forwarders, and cargo handling agents.
To monitor cargo movement, capacity utilization, and on-time performance
General & Managerial Responsibilities
To act as the primary liaison between the airline, GSA head office, airport authorities, and service providers.
To manage station staff, duty rosters, discipline, and performance evaluation.
To support sales, reservations, and cargo commercial teams to achieve revenue objectives.
To ensure compliance with airline audits, inspections, and service level agreements (SLAs).
To prepare and submit station MIS, operational reports, and compliance documentation.
To manage operational risks and ensure continuity of service.
Occasional international travel may be required for project purposes.
