We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Manager – Marketing & Sales (Medical Tourism) to lead business development initiatives, drive patient acquisition, and strengthen strategic partnerships in the medical tourism sector.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for medical tourism services
Lead patient acquisition initiatives and achieve sales and conversion targets
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, agents, and referral partners
Manage digital and offline promotional campaigns to increase market visibility
Supervise counseling and patient coordination teams
Identify new business opportunities and partnership channels
Coordinate with airline, visa, and travel support teams for complete patient journey management
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present strategic recommendations
Ensure high-quality patient service and brand reputation
