  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in catering or food service management.

Responsibilities & Context:

SIMEC Entertainment Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Manager to join our Catering Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering operations, ensuring top-quality food and service, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Ensuring client service:

  • Creating food menu for the customer.

  • Ensure proper pricing of food with profit.

  • Ensuring properly food delivery.

  • Ensuring food serving to the Events.

  • Be present at every events for smooth operation.

  • Taking Customer feedback from our In-house customer.

Kitchen management:

  • Managing daily food and beverage operations.

  • Cook management.

  • Monitor all Kitchen staff activities.

  • Ensure Food testing.

  • Monitor Store properly & ensure proper storage of goods.

  • Ensure cleanliness & proper hygiene in kitchen.

Outlet Management:

  • Will kept food in every outlet properly as per customer demand.

  • Waiter management in every outlet & waiter training.

  • Talking customer feedback to Develop food quality.

  • Giving Idea to manager for outlet business development.

  • Waste Management.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.

  • Find inter-departmental issues and escalate them as needed.

Always be obliged to perform any type of work assigned by the higher authorities.
