• Age 20 to 35 years

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in visa processing (Student, Tourist, or Work visas for countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, or Schengen countries).

• Skills: Strong communication skills (English & Bengali), sharp attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office & internet browsing.

• Document Verification: Thoroughly review and verify all client documents (passports, financial statements, employment letters, and academic certificates) to ensure authenticity and compliance with embassy requirements.
• Application Processing: Efficiently fill out online/offline visa application forms, schedule embassy appointments, and manage the end-to-end visa application process.
• Client Consultation: Guide clients regarding specific country visa requirements, documentation checklists, updates on immigration laws, and interview preparation.
• Database Management: Maintain and update accurate client records, application statuses, and payment logs in the company database or CRM system.
• Embassy & Vendor Liaison: Keep up-to-date with changing visa policies, processing times, and regulations of various embassies, high commissions, and VFS centers.
• Customer Support: Promptly respond to client queries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
• Error Prevention: Ensure zero-error submissions to minimize visa rejection risks and handle sensitive client information with high confidentiality.
