Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adaptability in Forecasting, credit management, dealer relationship management, market development.
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve organisations objectives.
∎ Take the challenge to meet the sales target and report to the management.
∎ Monitoring competitor activity and performance.
∎ Increasing brand and product awareness to the customers of the specific Territory.
∎ Preparing daily, Weekly Monthly reports according to business requirements.
∎ Represent the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
∎ To execute all the sales & other promotional program as and when introduced.
∎ To understand market needs & serve accordingly on time.
∎ To search new sales areas/outlets and depth of coverage of existing covered outlet.
∎ To find where there is prospect to use our products in any individual or corporate needs.
∎ Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, solves customer queries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Sales Experience in Cement sector will be given preference.
∎ Excellent Negotiation skills.
∎ Must be able to operate computer (MS-Word/Excel/Office/PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
