∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shrimp and finfish aquaculture management, Hatchery operations and brood stock management
∎ Must have wide range of knowledge in Aqua medicine, fish diseases & Aquaculture management
∎ Ability to take new challenges and should have very good communication in field with all type of aquaculture stakeholders
∎ Must be a good team player.
∎ Good communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Smart Body Fitness Required

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, execute & achieve the Aqua product sales targets; and provide technical service as per the business plan.
∎ Identify the potential Aqua farmers and convert them into our own customers.
∎ Provide professional direction to subordinates in aqua environment treatment.
∎ Total aqua health monitoring and water quality management with a high level of acceptance.
∎ Arrange training, technical session, seminars and product promotional activities.
∎ Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to reach target stakeholders effectively.
∎ Maintain necessary documentation, prepare necessary reports and keep effective communication with respective management.
∎ Perform any other task as and when assigned by the management.
