Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Do sales planning & achieve sales target.
∎ Explore new and own territory and generate sales to meet the target.
∎ Develop new customer’s channel to maximize the revenue.
∎ Regularly visit existing customers and do sample visit some of their customer’s farm and submit performance report.
∎ Maintain close relationship with chemists, farmers and doctors.
∎ Motivate chemists & prospective customers.
∎ Arrange technical/training sessions & seminars for different chemists & farmers in consultation with top management.
∎ Do credit administration as per company policy.
∎ Regular follow-up for sales order & payment.
∎ Promote product to different stakeholders in assigned territory.
∎ Ensure feedback of product performance to the top management.
