Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develops and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution of corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ Motivate and inspire sales team to get the work done
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales and distribution.
∎ Develop new customer channels to maximize the revenue.
∎ Maintain close relationship with chemists, farmers, DVM’s and other stake holders.
∎ Motivate chemists & prospective customers for establishing new farms.
∎ Arrange technical/training sessions & seminars for different chemists & farmers in consultation with top management.
∎ Do credit administration as per company policy.
∎ Regular follow-up for sales order & payment.
∎ Promote GreenHill’s product to different stakeholders in assigned territory.
∎ Ensure feedback of product performance to the top management.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
