Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To perform technical service as regular and emergency basis.
∎ Provide technical services to the farmers by visiting farm and counselling them.
∎ Must be in proficient in disease diagnosis and treatment management of Cattle in particular.
∎ Coordinate with Sales team of the respective areas for the promotion of product sales.
∎ Promote product by motivating AI technician/ Polli Chikitshok /Veterinarian/ Local Influential persons.
∎ Be able to work in the market and visit to the farmers to motivate them.
∎ Making daily farm visit reports & send to the supervisor
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to effectively position our products in the market.
∎ To arrange technical training for farmers from time to time.
∎ Regular basis reporting.
∎ Developing model farms to improve the farm management system.
∎ Scientific Seminar with farmers/Doctors in small scale with regular interval.
∎ Maintain close relationship with a concerned Marketing officer, chemists, farmer, dealers, and other stake holders.
∎ Ensure feedback of product performance to the top management.
∎ Any other duties assigned by management.
